Responsible Gaming & Compliance

Responsible gaming software for iGaming compliance teams

PlyrPulse flags signs of problem gambling and suspicious financial patterns from live player activity, so your responsible gambling and compliance teams can step in early and keep audit-ready records. Markers are signals to review, not diagnoses.

MARKERS OF HARM

The nine markers of harm your team needs to see

Volume of stakes

Sudden increases in stake size or betting frequency compared with the player's own history.

Speed of play

Shorter gaps between bets and more intense play than the player's normal pattern.

Depositing behaviour

More frequent or larger deposits than usual, and repeated failed deposit attempts.

Cancelled withdrawals

Players who cancel withdrawal requests so they can keep playing with the money.

Player-initiated contact

Support chats, complaints or requests from the player that can point to growing distress.

Gambling time

Extended sessions and unusual time-of-day play that break from a player's normal routine.

Gambling products

Moving across more products or into faster, higher-risk games than before.

Responsible gambling tools

Raising or removing deposit limits, or ending cool-off periods early, again and again.

Losses

Net losses that keep climbing over weeks or months instead of evening out.

How PlyrPulse supports responsible gambling and compliance

PlyrPulse brings player behavior, risk flags and KYC context into one back-office view. Every flag comes with a plain-language explanation, so RG specialists and compliance officers can review faster and document what they did. It supports your responsible gaming program; it doesn't replace your policies or legal advice. Explore player behavior analytics or see how the same signals power bonus abuse detection.

Questions?
We're glad you asked.

What is responsible gaming software?
Responsible gaming software helps online casinos, sportsbooks and betting operators identify players who may be at risk of gambling harm, support interventions such as limits or cool-off periods, and keep a record of what was done. PlyrPulse focuses on identifying and documenting: it flags risk signals from live player data and produces audit-ready reports. See how the PlyrPulse iGaming CRM works.
What are markers of harm in online gambling?
Markers of harm are changes in behavior linked to risky or problem gambling, such as changes in stakes, intensity of play, deposits and failed deposits, withdrawals and cancelled withdrawals, player-initiated contact, session length or time of day, use of multiple products, losses over time and changes to safer gambling tools. EN 18144:2025, a voluntary European standard published by CEN, sets these nine markers as the minimum set to analyse. PlyrPulse is designed to help support alignment with it, but does not guarantee compliance. Markers are signals for your team to review, not a diagnosis. Source: CEN record for EN 18144:2025.
Does PlyrPulse make us compliant?
No software makes an operator compliant on its own, and requirements differ by jurisdiction. PlyrPulse supports your responsible gaming program by monitoring player behavior, flagging issues and documenting them. Your policies, licence conditions and your team's judgment still decide what happens next. Tell us your jurisdictions and licences and we'll walk through your requirements.
Can PlyrPulse help with AML and KYC checks?
Yes. PlyrPulse flags suspicious financial patterns in real time and adds automated KYC summaries to the player view. Pro and Enterprise plans also connect with KYC/AML providers. See all PlyrPulse features.
Can we set our own risk thresholds?
Yes. You decide what counts as high risk for your operation, so flags match your policies and the markets you serve.
Which plan includes responsible gaming and compliance tools?
Real-time risk flagging and full behavioral scoring come with Pro. Enterprise adds multi-jurisdiction compliance tools, advanced risk and fraud detection and a dedicated account manager. Compare iGaming CRM plans.
